2025-26 STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE

New Students: $ 250.00 (plus a $25 non-refundable Online Application fee)

2025-26 Re-enrolling Students:  $250.00

The Student Registration Fee is due with the application for all students and is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee.  It may not be included in the monthly tuition payment plan.

Accounts may be paid in full, on a semester basis, on a 10-month plan (August – May), on an 11-month plan (July – May), or on a 12-month plan (June – May).  Please note: Monthly payment amounts listed below do not include any additional fees (tuition only).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option A: Full Payment Plan. This plan offers full-time students a 3% discount if tuition is paid in full by July 1.  If not paid by July 1, the discount is forfeited.  This discount does not apply to part-time preschool students, students receiving tuition assistance, or students receiving the ESA+ or opportunity scholarship.

Option B:  Monthly Payments. This plan is payable by bank draft through FACTS.  No monthly payments will extend beyond June 1.   Any accounts 30 days past due will result in a student’s temporary suspension until the accounts are current. Records are not transferable to other schools for accounts that have past-due balances.

BOOK/ACTIVITY FEE

Each student in the family attending CCS pays the book/activity fee.  This fee pays for all textbooks (some consumables are not included) and student admission to all regular season home athletic events.

Preschool:  $125                        K4 – 12th:   $300

TECHNOLOGY FEE

Each student in the family attending CCS pays the $100 technology fee. This fee provides funding to support the mission of Crossroads by providing all students and faculty with improved access to computers, hardware, software, and other technology-related resources needed to improve the student educational experience.
(Non-Refundable:  Must be paid in full by August 1)

ATHLETIC FEE

A $125 athletic fee per child is due prior to the first practice of the first sport.  For each additional sport in the school year, the athletic fee is $100 per sport. The family maximum in athletic fees is $450 per school year. This fee is for athletic participants only and covers miscellaneous school athletic costs to include conference fees, coach stipends, equipment, field/gym floor maintenance, transportation, etc.

Each family is required to have one adult work either gate or concessions at two home contests during the season their student is competing in (does not have to be a game that their son/daughter is competing in). An additional $25 fee will be charged per game not covered during the season (maximum $50).

ANNUAL FUND

A yearly tax-deductible gift is requested per family.  Your gift, in any amount, to the Annual Fund is very important, and every family is encouraged to give.  The contributions to the Annual Fund will provide additional financial resources to improve and expand the overall programs of CCS.

STUDENT ACCOUNTS POLICY

CCS School Board policy stipulates that all accounts must be kept current, and no account may be in arrears by more than one month.  Violation of this policy will result in withdrawal until the account is made current.

Academic transcripts and final report cards will be held until an account is paid in full.

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

Families who elect to send their children to CCS enter into a contractual agreement with the school for the full academic year. No refund or changes to the contract will be made for absences, withdrawal, or dismissal.

COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT

No person shall be denied enrollment, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of, or subject to discrimination in any program or activity, on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, or ethnic group.  For the safety and well-being of our students and employees, students and/or employees with a life threatening communicable disease may not attend or work at Crossroads.  Decisions regarding attendance or employment will take into account multiple medical professionals with expertise in the disease.  As a Bible-based educational institution, CCS adheres to the Biblical teaching that homosexuality is not an acceptable lifestyle.  CCS does not employ teachers or accept students who are homosexual or bi-sexual.
