Student Council

In fall of 2023, the Student Council merged with the House system to create a House Council. The goal of the House Council is to foster student leadership and increase student participation in the school community. The new House Council provides unity among the Upper School with the goal of solidifying each student’s identification with his/her House.

• Houses elect their leaders, deputies, and representatives from applications submitted.
• House Leaders lead the Student Council (House Council).
• House Deputies represent and act as liaisons between the Council, House, and Sponsors.
• Representatives also plan events to promote school spirit and encourage their House members to be involved.
• The regular calendar of events for the Council are planned by the House Leaders and the Council, and new events are added as needed.
