Christmas Market
The CCS Christmas Market & Vendor Fair is held each year to support our House System, a character-building program within our student body that encourages multi-class relationships through challenges and a point system. The first Saturday of December will be the 5th year for this event!

Christmas Market Vendor Registration Open
Do you own a small business? Are you a crafter? We would love to help you spread the word about your business to our school and local community.
This year we are so excited for our best Christmas Market yet! We have three years under our belts, and we are making some big changes on your behalf. Our event is growing each year, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to our family!
- Registration is open for prospective vendors. November 15 is the final deadline to reserve space.
- We offer 10’ x 10’ spaces for $50 per space.
- We offer 6’ x 9’ spaces for those who have only one table for $45 per space.
- This application process will help ensure we do not have a lot of product overlap:
- You will submit your application in Google Forms (see #7 below for link) with two photos of your booth set-up.
- Upon approval, you will receive an invoice with payment options, along with an option to choose an indoor or outdoor (limited availability) space and a digital copy of the flyer to share.
- Payment will be due within two weeks of your approval letter to avoid cancellation.
What you need to know as a vendor:
- The fair will be located inside the CCS cafeteria, with new outside spaces available.
- Your spaces will be at least 6′ x 9′ or 10’ x 10’.
- Space prices: 6’ x 9’ = $45 per space; 10’ x 10’ = $50 per space. After September 30, spaces will increase by $10 for each size.
- You are responsible for bringing all display materials, including tables, extension cords, display boards, etc.
- On November 1, you will be able to sign up for time slots to set up your space on Friday, December 5 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. or Saturday, December 6, at 7:00 a.m.
- Students will be available to help you unload and load up at the end of the set-up day and craft fair day.

- Upon application approval, you will receive an invoice with payment options & instructions, an option to choose from a limited number of outdoor spaces or an indoor space, and a digital copy of the flyer to share. Registration is complete after payment has been received.
